| Rei-Lux has patented an innovative, three dimensional measurement technique, that is able to detect potential faults from the planted section of the column, (well below the cable slot) right up to the lantern connection on the bracket arm. For example, material failure below ground level, due to section loss due to corrosion, or the forming of cracks due to localised corrosion or material fatigue, weak foundations, insufficient back filling around the column, material failure in or around the door opening, or incorrectly fitted/ corroded bracket arms. Any structural integrity failure is detected by Rei-Lux’s 3-D measurement technique. This technique can also be applied to most types of columns, whether made from steel, aluminium, wood, concrete, cast iron or glass reinforced plastic. |
